ASI is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in managing our internal hiring processes for non-exempt and exempt positions. In this position, you will also provide essential support to front-line recruiting initiatives as needed and facilitate a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Job Description:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring leaders and HRBPs to understand internal recruiting needs, business objectives, and the desired candidate experience and competencies.

  • Continuously enhance the recruiting process and candidate experience through innovative strategies and best practices.

  • Stay updated with the latest recruiting trends and practices, bringing fresh ideas and insights to our talent acquisition efforts.

  • Ensure day-to-day operational effectiveness and deliver quality talent acquisition outcomes within specific functional areas, fostering a culture of shared success.

  • Manage job postings in our Workday ATS, monitoring progress and providing regular progress reports.

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding employment and maintain a high standard of ethical recruiting practices.

  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and interviewer preparedness.

  • Partner with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure all pre-onboarding activities are completed efficiently and accurately.

  • Assist with additional recruiting duties and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our talent acquisition team.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated skills in change management, establishing trust and credibility, working independently, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

  • Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers, with a track record of building strong working relationships.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment and provide recruiting support across multiple and staff levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday ATS experience a plus
