This individual is responsible for defining and driving the technical requirements to develop and implement systems that support digitalization and business growth objectives. This requires knowledge of coding, coding processes, and working with business analysts, architects, and/or 3rd party vendors to deliver and validate functional development. Also, this individual will collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architects to understand the design and functional capabilities of ERP, MES and WMS, primarily Oracle EBS. The expectation is to proactively develop system improvements that drive business benefit and stated goal objectives.

How You'll Create Possibilities

• Individual contributor role who collaborates with cross-functional Business and Digital Technology (DT) teams

• Technical development knowledge of technologies such as: PL/SQL, Java, Ajax, MS SQL, or Python. Oracle APEX a Plus

• Collaborate with DT technical resources to drive digital process improvements

• Act with knowledge expertise and as a consultant on all functional capabilities for business applications

• Responsible for documenting test cases manage and coordinate system unit and End to End testing across multiple test environments

• Proactively work with Solution Architects and cross-functional technical teams to drive business processes related to software updates, code migration and other technical improvements

• Manage transition process for new sourcing production systems to the Operations support team. Provide clear and concise system documentation and training to facilitate the knowledge transfer process

• Ensure CIB, TRB and CAB readiness for new projects and/or enhancements

• Create project system technical documentation to support the appropriate System development life cycle such as MD020, BR100, BR3080, FMEA, etc.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications: -

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the application of current information technologies to business solutions

• Ability to effectively manage priorities in a highly dynamic environment

• Ability to set own action plans and work collaboratively within a team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Influential skills to explain facts, policies and practices

• Proven technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to give examples of problem solving and root cause analysis

• Demonstrated experience creating a solution for an application that delivers business-process and drives business-value

• Demonstrated experience applying Oracle EBS, WMS and Oracle cloud (OCI) technologies, and 3rd party integrations

• Ability to build basic analytical models for diverse technologies

Preferred Qualifications: -

• Experience with continuous improvement to materials business processes with specific experience on Inbound Material Flow projects in all phases of the development cycle

• Experience in a manufacturing plant environment

• Master’s Degree in related field

• Experience with bar code scanners, vision systems, RFID and label printers

• Exposure and basic knowledge of LEAN manufacturing concepts

• Experience in an Agile Development environment
